Welcome to Alberto and Laura's wedding.
The first time we met this future bride and groom at our office, we realized they were really close, and their ideas were so clear that the planning was in a pretty advanced stage.
This is why we offered them our service of wedding coordination, definitely more suitable to their will of being personally in charge of the organization, yet maintaining a professional and homogenous direction of the event.
A team in love but also... in Rally! Alberto and Laura, pilot and navigator, chose us because, like for an important race, preparation, action plan and ability to overcome any possible glitch are all that really matters to make it to the finish line... since they know it very well, they chose to give us the lead of their big day and to fully enjoy the ride.
For them, we split our team so that their important locations (located about an hour away) were always looked after at best both during the ceremony and the reception.
While the bride and groom took their time with preparations, half the team headed to Portogruaro to set the church along with the florist, while the others met at Villa Gallici Deciani for the setting up.
What was the biggest challenge of this wedding? No doubt it was the logistics and meticulous planning of the timeline, in order to be ready to welcome the guests upon their arrival, but also not to make them wait too long for the couple, engaged in the portraits.

When planning a wedding reception far from from the ceremony location, and the bride and groom decide to remain for some portraits, we always recommend not to block the aperitif service. It surely is a very nice moment for the newlyweds to kick off the party, but if their arrival is not expected together with the guests, not allowing them to drink or eat will make the wait unnecessarily unpleasant.
Always let your guests refresh and start relaxing: this will ensure that they feel worthily greeted and welcome in the location, the atmosphere will always be relaxed and there will be a pleasant distraction on your more or less prolonged delay.
Another peculiarity of this romantic wedding at Villa Gallici Deciani? The itinerant aperitif, first by the pool, to let guests enjoy the lounge atmosphere and the wonderful warm light of the sunset, then a show-cooking in the panoramic garden, to enjoy the blue hour.

Alberto and Laura went grand for their cake, choosing a spectacular American style cake, consistent with their theme.
The cake moment, made magical by live music, light fountains and a final fireworks display, has surely been a moment to remember for all the guests.
