Today we take to the blog the memory of our destination wedding in Mexico, in a forest of the Tulum coast...
In these days in which we live a suspended normal life, even our dreams look on hold.
Yet, dreams are not out of place: we can whispering them, wishing we will soon try to make them real. Meanwhile, we can think twice to all the great experiences we made and to the things we are grateful for.
In 2018 we brought Le Petit O quite far, creating a destination wedding in Mexico with a team of amazing vendors, a perfect couple and a breathtaking location.
After having literally flown over half of the world, we drove almost two hours from Cancun to get to an unknown place, on the coast of Tulum.
All the project was directed from Italy and created thanks to Mexican professionals with whom we exchanged ideas an solutions for weeks.
At some point, the moment came: decisions were made, all vendors satisfied: in that magical moment we all started dreaming about the same dream.
It was inevitable: as soon as we get there, we hug and it was like we were a team since forever.
For Sarah and Pedro, a young and beautiful couple, we created a luxurious and contemporary elopement with some tropical boho vibes.
Very few and bold details, all well curated and made of primary elements and colors.
A real back to basics.
The ceremony, intimate and touching, has been a vows exchange made in the sunset light, right in front of wild nature: an hymn to freedom, youth and Love.
On the naked table, we played with nature, mix and match and bright colors.
Two people, being there for each other... Eyes that look for each others... Mouths that cannot stop smiling: it's all right there.
The thing we've learnt from such intimate destination weddings?
That the couple goes quite far from everyone to get married, but it's so close in the "I do" moment that no one is really missing.
