Here, every team member—multilingual professionals with expertise in events, communication, concierge services, and wedding design—brings her own skills and sensitivity. Some imagine the perfect palette, others turn inspiration into photorealistic renderings, some orchestrate logistics behind the scenes, while others focus on the thoughtful details that will delight your guests.

Alongside our digital studio, we also keep a small inventory of décor and styling elements: a curated archive that allows us to personalize and refine the work of florists, lighting designers, and other wedding professionals, ensuring everything speaks the same visual language.

In our Atelier, aesthetics are never just for show: every choice begins with listening, finds its balance in functionality, and is crafted with tailor-made care. So when the wedding day arrives, you live each moment fully—while we ensure it flows exactly as you imagined.

With degrees in Public Relations and Brand Management, and years of experience in communication and marketing, I chose to channel my expertise and creative eye into the art of wedding planning.

I define my role as a wedding manager—a blend of creativity and strategy. My work goes beyond design: I craft tailor-made weddings, set the creative direction, and oversee every stage with precision. From the initial concept to vendor selection, from the tiniest decorative detail to the most complex logistics, every element is carefully orchestrated to ensure harmony, beauty, and seamless execution.

Do you manage more than one wedding per day?

Our philosophy is to dedicate ourselves to one wedding per day, ensuring complete focus and care. On rare occasions, we may manage weddings on the same date, but only if we can guarantee the same high standards. In these cases, each couple has a dedicated project lead from the start. Alessandra’s physical presence is evaluated internally, but her creative direction is always ensured.

How many team members will be at the wedding?

Every wedding has a minimum of two team members on-site. For events with over 100 guests, we assign a larger team to ensure flawless coordination, smooth logistics, and attentive guest management.

What experience do you have with international weddings?

Since 2018, we have worked with couples from all over the world, planning weddings in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Tuscany, Amalfi Coast, and other iconic Italian destinations. With strong expertise in destination weddings, we seamlessly handle complex logistics, multilingual vendor teams, and international guest hospitality.

How does your team work together during planning?

We operate as a digital atelier. Each project is managed collaboratively with clear roles, constant communication, and a dedicated lead planner. From defining your vision to the discreet coordination on the wedding day, we function as one cohesive team working behind the scenes.

What languages does your team speak?

We work in Italian and English, with additional support available in German. This ensures smooth communication with international couples and vendors.

Can we meet Alessandra before booking?

Absolutely. We offer introductory calls or in-person meetings (when possible) to learn about your vision, explain our process, and recommend the most suitable planning path for you.

How do we book your services?

After an initial consultation, we prepare a tailor-made proposal. Once you confirm, we finalize everything with a signed contract. A 30% booking fee is required at signing, which officially secures your date in our calendar.

What types of weddings do you organize?

We design both intimate celebrations and large-scale weddings with international guests. Our expertise includes destination weddings across Italy, in castles, historic villas, vineyards, and private gardens. We also proudly plan inclusive and same-sex weddings, because every love story deserves to be celebrated with elegance and authenticity.
